Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Services may use cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags, locally shared objects, and web beacons. Moonglabs treats information collected by these technologies as Non-Personal Information. A “cookie” is a small bit of record-keeping information that sites often store on a user’s device. Cookies typically do not include personal information; they are used to quickly identify a device and “remember” aspects of a visit. You can disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are sent; doing so may affect your ability to shop online or log in.

Third-Party Data Policy

1. This app contains Software Development Kits (SDKs) from Firebase and Google Analytics for profiling and analyzing user game data to improve the game experience. These SDKs may collect users’ installed APK information and send it to https://app-measurement.com/ for targeted analysis.

III. Use of Information Collected

Moonglabs may use your Personal Information to send you messages about our company, features, products, or services, or promotional material from some of our partners, or to contact you when necessary, unless you have not consented to such use.

Moonglabs may use your Personal and Non-Personal Information—individually or combined—for editorial and feedback purposes; marketing and promotional purposes; statistical analysis of user behavior; product development; content improvement; customer and technical support; to manage and provide the Services; and to customize the content and layout of the Services. Names, postal and email addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to our databases and used for future communications regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events, and order status.

Moonglabs does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We may share Personal Information with our subsidiaries and related companies, and with business partners that assist us in providing Services. Moonglabs is committed to giving you the choice whether we use your information for marketing purposes or share information with business partners.

IV. Collection and Use of Children’s Personal Information

The Services comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Moonglabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Services. If a user identifies as under 13 within the Services or in connection with any content or software, we will not collect, store, or use any personal information of such user. If we discover personal information provided by a child under 13, we will promptly delete it in a secure manner.

V. Safeguards

Moonglabs maintains appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of personal information we collect and store, including for children under 13. Personal information collected by Moonglabs is stored in secure operating environments not available to the public and accessible only by authorized employees. Our online store uses industry-standard encryption to prevent unauthorized electronic access to sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers. We also maintain measures to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Before allowing web users to access their personal information, for example, we verify identity by requesting information such as username and password. Moonglabs makes good-faith efforts to enable you to review, update, or correct your personal information in our possession. Moonglabs will need sufficient information to establish your identity, verify your access request, and assist us in handling it. Please note that even if personal information is changed or deleted according to your request, Moonglabs may retain some personal information to resolve disputes, enforce user agreement(s), and comply with technical and legal requirements related to the security, integrity, and operation of the Services.

B. Legal Terms Concerning Our Betas Program

1. There will be no rewards and/or compensation for participating in the beta programs.
2. All decisions taken by Moonglabs Technologies Private Limited and/or their representatives related to the betas are absolute and final.
3. Filling our questionnaires does not guarantee you a spot in any beta program.
4. All the betas we share with you are for your feedback only.
5. You will not disclose any information related to any beta to any person, institution, group of people, and/or organizations without the express written permission from Moonglabs Technologies Private Limited.
6. Any material, software, information, media, or any form of communication made with you during a beta with us is the property of Moonglabs Technologies Private Limited (unless explicitly mentioned).
